We at Spartan believe we are the first to offer a specialized police scheme within a design and construction company. A member of our immediate business team is currently a 15 year serving officer of the met police, it is only through his experience within the service and the colleagues he has worked with that we are confident enough to offer this scheme. He has personally been effected by the compulsory changes from the 1987 PPS over to the 2015 CARE scheme pension and was not lucky enough to receive any tapering!!!! He has decided to offer a fantastic growth opportunity by means of development loans within the construction industry, outside the normal mainstream police investment companies. The combined company knowledge of planning, construction and portfolio management along with the working knowledge of police officers allows Spartan to offer a truly unique service.

Police development loans within property and land procurement are offered by Spartan using a Hedge Fund scheme, raising a joint capital value and using the funds in a low risk project owned and managed by Spartan itself. There will always be a SPOC for each project, the loan, funds management and construction will be overseen one project guardian.

The Pooled funds will only be used on the individually agreed project and will not be invested outside of Spartan Ltd assets, this ensures the investment can be managed and administered in house by Spartan and minimizes any risk to the initial investment but maximizes the potential return.
