Spartan Design & Construction is a prominent  and very up and coming Essex born company, headed up by CRAIG HUBER. Our story began in 2003 with an NHBC new build flat in Leigh on Sea, it has evolved into a multi-layered organization with clients ranging from Mayfair to Cambridge.

We are able to offer a one-stop shop in the ever changing and individual world of home design and construction. We employ a unique blend of architects, designers and builders who retain and reform skills and experience ranging from high-end residential, country Barns and listed buildings to Urban extensions and conversions.

Pension Investments

We at Spartan believe we are the first to offer a specialized police scheme within a design and construction company.

A member of our immediate business team is currently a 15 year serving officer of the met police, it is only through his experience within the service and the colleagues he has worked with that we are confident enough to offer this scheme.

Development loans within property and land procurement are offered by Spartan using a Hedge Fund scheme, raising a joint capital value and using funds in a low risk project owned and managed by Spartan itself.

Spartan Design & Construction specialize in creating spectacular bespoke residential spaces tailored both to the environment and the individual.

We have over ten years of experience in the trade, currently certified to provide LABC new build homes and working with NHBC certified trades.

We provide a unique service where the project is taken from ’idea’ through to policies and plans, designs and materials to the final stages of construction. With a project Guardian appointed as a single point of contact.
